St. Regis Legacy
Born in 1904 during New York’s Gilded Age, The St. Regis was an aristocratic haven from the very beginning, as envisioned by John Jacob Astor IV. The St. Regis ushered in a new era of lavish parties, balls, rituals and suppers – occasions previously confined to the private homes of the elite – and became the star of the social scene for years to come. The legacy continues.
